Shading paint: opaque during dry weather, transparent when wet.
All formulations characterized by the Eclipse brand are used to protect the greenhouse crops from unwanted radiations; each product can be applied on all types of coverage: glass, soft plastic (polyethylene) and hard plastic (acrylic, polycarbonates, PVC). Eclipse puts its shading characteristics along with its particular characteristics of infrared opacity. According to the reflection principle, it creates a shade within infrareds range, which cannot be seen but it can easily be felt. In fact, if compared with an usual shading agent, temperature inside the greenhouse is far lower under a strong sunlight.
Eclipse LD: Long Duration. Good shading capabilities and extreme tenacity. It requires the use of TopClear for its removal.
Eclipse F6: Good shading capabilities and high tenacity (for very rainy climate).
Eclipse F4: Good ability shading and good tenacity.
The choice of formulation depends on the crop to be protected, and then the duration of the cycle as well as the climatic characteristics of the area in which the product will be applied.

Warning: These dilutions refer to thickness, that is to say to progressively decreasing opacity factors.
We recommend to apply the product at the beginning of the sunny season, by repeating, if necessary, during the most sunny period (June); only one standard application ensures a coverage of 60 – 70 %.
This product must be applied on a dry surface, clean, if possible and degreased (only in case of pretty new and assembled materials). We recommend to apply it during the warmest hours during the day.
At the season end the residual film can be easily removed by means of a water jet and a brush, applied by means of parallel movements on the treated surface, or by means of EclipseNet, LDNet or TopClear: the special anticorrosive products, as specifically shown.
